Reduce lag and stutters

If you're experiencing lag or stutters while playing games on your CloudDeck, you can try the following solutions:

  • Stop any downloads or streams on your client device and your CloudDeck.
  • Connect your client device directly to your router via Ethernet cable or 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  • On macOS: Turn off location services.
  • Ensure you're not connecting through a VPN.
  • Lower the graphics settings of your game.
  • Limit the framerate in the video settings of your game to 60 FPS.
  • Reboot your router.
